Discipleship is a Bible study that is geared toward new Christians. Embrace Church assigns a mature Christian to the new Christian. Together, they study the Bible over the course of 16 lessons. While it is important for the new Christian to learn more about Christ, discipleship is even more about helping that person grow in their relationship with Him. Discipleship teaches the new Christian how to use what he/she has learned and apply to his/her everyday life. Being a Christian means you’re always seeking to become more intimate with God. By getting involved in a discipleship, this is a good way to build that relationship.
